Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenji Kudo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Sheen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kenji Kudo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Charlie Sheen!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheen stuffs the takedown.
Sheen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sheen wants it to stay on the feet.

Sheen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kudo sprawls well initially but Sheen persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Sheen stops Kudo from getting back to his feet.
Sheen is controlling the pace.
Kudo is staying active underneath Sheen, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Sheen looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Kudo is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Charlie Sheen hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Kudo pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Sheen back to the cage. Kudo follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.


It looks like Charlie Sheen has been cut.

Kudo closes the distance and pushes Sheen back into the cage.

Sheen breaks the clinch.
Sheen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kudo misses with a takedown attempt

and Sheen counters by moving into the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenji Kudo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sheen is pressed up against the cage. Kudo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sheen down to the mat. Sheen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Kudo shoots in and drives through. Sheen sprawls well.
Sheen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sheen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sheen tries to clinch there but Kudo circles away.

A bone on bone clash there as Sheen blocks the leg kick.
Kudo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kudo wants it to stay on the feet.
Sheen throws a body kick, spinning off balance

and Kudo counters with a nice double leg into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kudo wants to pass the guard but Sheen is keeping the position.
Kudo is breathing heavily.
Kudo wants to stand but Sheen is controlling his posture from full guard.
Sheen trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Sheen is trying to keep Kudo in close.
Sheen bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kudo's guard.

Sheen advances position into side control!
Sheen staying calm.
Kudo wants to control but Sheen postures up.
Kudo could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Sheen wants to control but Kudo is keeping him busy.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Sheen cracks Kudo with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Sheen stands up and beckons Kudo to his feet.
Sheen misses with a wild combination.
Sheen is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kudo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Kudo slips a jab from Sheen.
Kudo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sheen circles away quickly and effectively.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Kenji Kudo will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Charlie Sheen's cut.
That's time! Kudo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Sheen darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Kudo wants to get back to his feet.
Sheen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kudo keeps working.
Kudo is trying to control but can't.
Sheen passes into side control, despite Kudo's attempt to control the position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Sheen goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Kudo has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Sheen but great work by Kudo.
Sheen is trying to control Kudo's posture but Kudo avoids it.

Sheen bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Sheen tries to clinch but Kudo moves away
and Kudo counters with a two punch combo.
Kudo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Sheen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kudo's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kudo keeping moving, preventing Sheen from controlling successfully.
Kudo is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Sheen controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Sheen trying to control but Kudo is working from the bottom.
Charlie Sheen has got the better of the ground game so far.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Charlie Sheen was stalling too much, according to the referee.
A punch combination from Sheen misses.
No luck for Sheen with that takedown attempt.
Kudo lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Sheen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kudo manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Sheen closes the distance and clinches.
Sheen blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Sheen pulls guard successfully.
Sheen wants to sweep here but Kudo controlling him for the moment.
Kudo tries to stand but Sheen is controlling from the bottom.
Kudo wants to stand and escape but instead Sheen has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Sheen is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Kudo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sheen on the ground.

Sheen stands and steps away. Kudo gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Sheen tries for a takedown but Kudo sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Charlie Sheen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

A low kick from Sheen is predictable there
and Kudo counters with a right hand to the body.
Kudo lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kudo.

Sheen drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Sheen lands a nice forearm strike.
Kudo tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Sheen decides to stand back up. Sheen steps back and let's Kudo get back to his feet.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sheen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Sheen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kudo's waist but Kudo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sheen off to one side.

Sheen jumps into guard, dragging Kudo to the mat.
Kudo wants to stand but Sheen is controlling his posture from full guard.
Sheen has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Sheen manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Kudo is in all sorts of trouble here.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Sheen landing strikes from the mount.
Kudo taking shots to the head.
Kudo wants to control but Sheen is having none of it.
Sheen controlling from the full mount.

And that's the end of the fight!
Charlie Sheen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Sheen has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
