The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolinska wants to clinch.
Wolinska lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Tano fails in his attempt to clinch.
Tano fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Wolinska closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Wolinska is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Wolinska looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Wolinska is trying to drag Tano to the mat but Tano just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Tano drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Tano breaks from the clinch.

Tano shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Wolinska's guard.

Tano has managed to clinch.
Tano drops down looking for an ankle pick but Wolinska pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ikaro Tano. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Tano moves into range and clinches up with Wolinska.

Wolinska has picked Tano up - he's going for a ride! Wolinska dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Wolinska drops Tano with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Tano! Wolinska dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
