Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe OBrien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Lake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lake has chosen Only The Strong Survive as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OBrien uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Lake has time to react.
Lake takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

It looks like Jackson Lake has been cut.
OBrien misses with a wild body shot.
Lake tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but OBrien swivels and escapes.
Horrible takedown by Lake or perhaps it was just good defense by OBrien which made him look bad.

Lake shoots for a takedown but OBrien saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

OBrien pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Lake back to the cage. OBrien follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

OBrien ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Lake's jaw. Lake's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! OBrien does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
