Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Okudja shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Okudja throws and elbow that misses. Baltov uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Okudja's guard. Nice move by Baltov!

Baltov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Okudja doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Okudja manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Baltov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Okudja gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Okudja must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Okudja wants to pass the guard but Baltov is keeping the position.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Okudja in particular looking to stall.

Okudja looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Baltov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Baltov is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Okudja lands a nice short elbow.
Okudja winds up and cracks Baltov with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Baltov is staying active underneath Okudja, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Okudja working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Okudja postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Baltov is out cold - huge knockout for Okudja!
