Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Inuyasha Kagome (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabe Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kagome kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is How It's Going Down. Inuyasha Kagome has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva moves out of range as Kagome throws a body kick.

and Silva counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kagome throws a head kick that misses
and Silva connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Silva counters with a stiff right hand.
Silva is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Silva tries to clinch but Kagome moves away
and Kagome counters with a head kick.
Kagome feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Silva's calf.
Kagome will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Silva shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Silva was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Kagome is in all sorts of trouble here.
Silva is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Kagome has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Kagome!

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Kagome holds on and takes a little breather.
