Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ariel Franco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hideo Toyoku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Franco kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is 50Cent - Ready for War. Hideo Toyoku is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ariel Franco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hideo Toyoku!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, John Mangel and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toyoku tries to score with a low kick but Franco moves his leg out of the way.
A combination from Toyoku does no damage.
Toyoku works over Franco's head and body with a nice combination.
Franco avoids the body shot from Toyoku.
Jab by Toyoku.
Toyoku misses with a few strikes there.
Toyoku goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Franco takes one to the chin there.
Franco throws a left and a right that both miss
and Toyoku cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Toyoku blocks a head kick by Franco.

Toyoku rushes Franco and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Nice body punch from Toyoku - that landed with a thud.
Franco is trying to break free.
Toyoku is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
A short body shot lands from Toyoku as the two fighters clinch.

Franco breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Franco misses the shot to the body.
Toyoku cracks Franco with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

A short body shot lands from Toyoku as the two fighters clinch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Toyoku lands an uppercut.
Toyoku lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Franco backwards.
Toyoku works on Franco's body with a couple of short punches.
Toyoku avoiding damage.
Toyoku lands a shoulder strike.
Toyoku has Franco pressed against the cage, preventing Franco from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Come on Toyoku - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Hideo Toyoku.
Toyoku is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Franco walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Toyoku misses the jab.
Franco swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Franco gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Toyoku to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Toyoku postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Franco avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Toyoku won't allow Franco to get back to his feet.
Toyoku passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Toyoku working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Toyoku tries to score with some ground and pound. Franco controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Toyoku tries to advance to mount but Franco denies him.
The strikes coming from Toyoku are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Toyoku has an Americana. Franco didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Toyoku is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Toyoku hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
