Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jovanni Bokacho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexandre Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Nothing Else Matters kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jovanni Bokacho has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Bokacho.
Bokacho misses with a jab, cross combination.

Bokacho closes the distance and pushes Silva back into the cage.

Bokacho breaks the clinch.
Silva misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Silva tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Bokacho counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Bokacho counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Jovanni Bokacho has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexandre Silva.
Bokacho keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Bokacho connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

It looks like Alexandre Silva has been cut.
Silva walks into a straight right hand from Bokacho.
Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Bokacho which made him look bad.
Bokacho's jab looks to have found its range, popping Silva under the eye.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bokacho tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bokacho will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Silva is trying desperately to land a takedown but Bokacho is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Silva.

and Bokacho counters with a nice uppercut.
Bokacho works over Silva's head and body with a nice combination.
Silva misses with a takedown attempt
and Bokacho counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Silva is still on wobbly legs! Can Bokacho finish him?
Bokacho throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Silva crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
