The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jules shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Jules was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Rigs is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Rigs is working hard here to advance position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rigs tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Jules postures up in Rigs's guard and throws a big left but Rigs blocks it.

Jules is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rigs is just riding it out for now. Jules eventually gives up the hold.

Jules has control of Rigs's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Rigs regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Rigs has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Jules working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Rigs is doing well to defend. Jules seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Rigs is forced to tap and this one is over!
