And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lance Bass!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Bass tries to break free but Casio pushes him back against the cage.
Casio tries to pull guard but Bass won't allow it.

Casio manages to break the clinch.
Bass throws a head kick but Casio moves out of range.
Bass throws a head kick but Casio moves out of range.
Casio fails to land the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bass throws a sloppy head kick and Casio moves out of range easily.
Bass throws a head kick that misses.
Casio scores with the left hand. Bass knows he should have avoided that one.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Casio pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Bass back to the cage. Casio follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.


It looks like Lance Bass has been cut.
Casio avoids the head kick by Bass.
Bass throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Casio clinches.
Casio stalling against the cage.

Casio breaks the clinch.
Lance Bass is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Horrible takedown by Casio or perhaps it was just good defense by Bass which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paul Casio. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Casio doesn't manage to clinch there - Bass circles away.

A head kick misses from Bass.
Bass misses with a head kick.
Bass throws a head kick but Casio moves out of range.
Casio avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bass pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Casio shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bass defends it nicely.

and Casio counters with a left and a right that stings Bass.

and Casio counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Bass throws a sloppy head kick

and Casio counters with a crisp one two that drops Bass! Casio thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Bass to his feet! Bass is in big trouble!


Bass is rocked!
Bass looks gassed!
Casio fakes the body blow, causing Bass to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Bass goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Paul Casio!
