Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roger Huerte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cygnus Daraak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Huerte might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Master of Puppets. Cygnus Daraak will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Daraak shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Huerte eats them both and turns towards Daraak to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Huerte throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

You get the feeling that Daraak really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Daraak is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Daraak avoids a strike by Huerte and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Huerte's guard! Fantastic escape!

That was a close second round but I would say that Roger Huerte will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Roger Huerte.
