The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Winston Howard and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Melanos is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Dos Melanos fails with the takedown
and House cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dos Melanos has his takedown stuffed
and Dos Melanos takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Dos Melanos shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
letting House counter with a right hand.
James House has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Junior Dos Melanos.
Dos Melanos shoots and misses
and House counters with a straight right hand.
House tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dos Melanos sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten House somewhat.
House shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dos Melanos but Dos Melanos pushes him off and we're back to square one.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
House darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
House is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

House has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Dos Melanos defend it? House steps over the head and cranks it - Dos Melanos is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for House!
