Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sol Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Draco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Draco throws a leg kick which misses Dos Santos's front leg but catches the back leg as Dos Santos tries to avoid it.
A jab from Dos Santos misses.
Dos Santos takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

It looks like Sol Dos Santos has been cut.

Draco shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dos Santos takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Draco shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Dos Santos manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Dos Santos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Draco on the ground.

Draco thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Draco drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Dos Santos dives on top into guard.

Draco is looking to sinch up a triangle. Dos Santos throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Draco's body to avoid the submission. Draco has instead reached around Dos Santos's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Draco arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
