The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cruz shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts De Groot as he jumps to the side.
De Groot uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

and De Groot counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Cruz is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Cruz throws a shot from downtown. De Groot moves away and avoids it.
De Groot lands a jab to the head.

and Cruz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

De Groot cracks Cruz with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Tito Cruz has been cut.
