The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maciejewski is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Oooooh!!! Villarreal has knocked Maciejewski down with a huge combo! Villarreal steps away and waves a wobbly Maciejewski back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Maciejewski accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Villarreal drops Maciejewski with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Maciejewski looks back up at him and smiles so Villarreal waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Maciejewski leaves his chin hanging out and Villarreal seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Maciejewski crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
