Evraerts comes to the cage accompanied by 2Black- waves of luv. Benjamin has chosen Rockstar as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Karl Evraerts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roy Benjamin!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evraerts comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Evraerts misses with a left hand
and Benjamin counters with a nice uppercut.
Evraerts is looking to land body kicks.
A good leg kick by Evraerts.
Evraerts throws a right and a left that Benjamin avoids nicely.
Benjamin takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Roy Benjamin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Evraerts throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Evraerts tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Benjamin was well out of range. Poor timing from Evraerts.
No joy there for Benjamin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Benjamin takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Evraerts tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Benjamin moves into range and clinches up with Evraerts.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Benjamin breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Evraerts lands a jab to the nose.
Benjamin shoots in and drives through. Evraerts sprawls well.
Evraerts with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Benjamin has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Benjamin there as he acknowledges the shot.
Karl Evraerts is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Benjamin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Evraerts looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Evraerts is looking to regain half guard here but Benjamin keeps moving and retains side control.
Benjamin controlling the position from side mount.
Evraerts struggling a bit here.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Benjamin is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Evraerts's shoulder. That is not cool.
Evraerts wants to control but Benjamin postures up.
Evraerts is trying to escape the position but Benjamin is controlling the position.
Benjamin is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Evraerts is trying to escape and Benjamin transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Evraerts is forced to tap! Nice work there by Benjamin! Very nice indeed!
