PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tito Loko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sino Bayawak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tito Loko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sino Bayawak!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bayawak wants to clinch.
Bayawak does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Bayawak throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Loko bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Bayawak tries to close the distance and clinch but Loko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bayawak connects with a crisp jab.

It looks like Tito Loko has been cut.
Bayawak throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Loko stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Bayawak lands a glancing blow to the side of Loko's head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bayawak misses with an attempted mid kick.

Bayawak feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Loko sprawling to the canvas! Loko rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bayawak finish him?!

Loko is rocked!

Tito Loko's cut is getting worse.

Bayawak rushes Loko and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Loko jumps guard but Bayawak stands there with Loko around his waist. Loko gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Bayawak breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Bayawak tries to bum rush Loko with a series of wild strikes but Loko uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bayawak throws a right hand that Loko ducks under and follows up with a left that Loko also avoids with ease.

Loko tries to pull guard but Bayawak holds him up against the cage and eventually Loko drops back down to his feet.

Tito Loko's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Bayawak uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Loko checks a leg kick.
Bayawak throws a series of strikes that have Loko backpedaling.

Jeez, Tito Loko's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Loko avoids the head kick by Bayawak.
Bayawak fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Loko manages to avoid it.
Sino Bayawak is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tito Loko's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
