Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Biff Loman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Peruzzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Biff Loman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Danny Peruzzi!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Columbo Gatti and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peruzzi scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Loman doesn't seem bothered though.
A punch combination from Loman misses.
Peruzzi scores with a decent looking hook.
Peruzzi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Loman looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Loman doesn't manage to clinch there - Peruzzi circles away.
Loman just misses with a punch to the body.
Peruzzi feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lomans jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Peruzzi throws a right and a left that both miss.
Loman walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Danny Peruzzi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Good exchange - Peruzzi coming out on top.
Loman misses with a body punch
and Peruzzi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Loman moves in looking to clinch but Peruzzi pushes him off.
Loman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Loman walks into a jab.
Peruzzi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Peruzzi uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Loman has time to react.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Peruzzi lands a jab to Loman's midsection.
Loman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Loman looks to land a left hand but Peruzzi moved out of range nicely.

Peruzzi blocks a head kick by Loman.

Loman rushes Peruzzi and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Loman's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Loman looks to land a body kick but Peruzzi moved away.
Loman walks into a straight right hand from Peruzzi.


It looks like Biff Loman has been cut.
Loman throws a combination that misses
and Peruzzi counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Loman is breathing heavily.
Loman is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Peruzzi closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Loman misses with a wild body shot.
Peruzzi lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Loman takes the fight into the clinch.
Peruzzi can't break the clinch.
Peruzzi wants to break free but Loman has control.
Loman working hard to break the clinch.
Peruzzi is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

A frustrated look appears on Peruzzi's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Loman throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Peruzzi wants to break free but Loman has control.
Loman throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Peruzzis head.

Peruzzi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Loman takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Nice body punch from Peruzzi.
Peruzzi is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Loman had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Peruzzi moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Peruzzi jabs Loman to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Peruzzi scores with a hook.
Peruzzi scores with a shot to the body.
Peruzzi lands with an uppercut that bounces Loman off the cage and back into rage.

A left and a right from Peruzzi both land. Nice combination.


Loman is rocked!
Peruzzi lands with a nice body punch.
Oh Loman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Peruzzi digs a good body shot into Loman's ribs.
Loman seems to have got his legs back now.
Loman takes one to the chin there.
Peruzzi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Peruzzi scores with a jab to the head.

Peruzzi connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Peruzzi fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Loman to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Loman looks to clinch but Peruzzi throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Loman taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Danny Peruzzi!
