The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Daniels misses with a takedown attempt
and Daniels takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Daniels darts in trying to clinch
and sawyer counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Daniels doesn't succeed with the takedown
and sawyer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
cyrus sawyer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Daniels.
Daniels needs to keep his hands up - sawyer had a free shot at his head there.
Daniels misses with a takedown attempt
and sawyer counters with a left and a right... And another left! Daniels is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
