Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Makao Matsumoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Psil Ander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matsumoto comes to the cage accompanied by Sepultura - Territory . Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ander tries to clinch up but Matsumoto circles away and keeps his distance.
Ander throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Matsumoto misses with the body kick

and Ander moves into the clinch.
Ander gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Matsumoto.
Matsumoto is trying to break free.
Matsumoto misses with some punches.
Ander misses with an elbow over the top.
Ander using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Matsumoto has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Ander throws a knee to the head but misses.
Ander misses with a knee to the head.
Ander prevents Matsumoto from breaking the clinch.
Matsumoto avoiding damage as Ander throws knees to the body.
Matsumoto wants to break free but Ander has control.
Ander lands an elbow inside that Matsumoto shrugs off.
Ander tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Matsumoto avoids it.

Matsumoto breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A combination from Matsumoto does no damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Matsumoto decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Matsumoto in particular looking to stall.
Ander is looking to control Matsumoto's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ander avoid being mounted?

Matsumoto is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ander defends it well.

Matsumoto has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ander is looking to improve his position but Matsumoto isn't that keen on the idea.
