Malone throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Morrison on the side of the head.
Morrison shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Morrison is looking for a kimura but Malone is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Morrison to get the leverage.
Morrison wants to control but Malone is keeping him busy.
Malone is trying to get back to full guard.
Malone is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

Malone is looking to improve his position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jay Morrison wasn't doing enough on the ground.
