Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chevy Chase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jonathan joester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chase misses with a takedown attempt - joester sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
joester rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chase moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Chase uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by joester.
Chase throws a sloppy head kick and joester moves out of range easily.
Chase tries to clinch but joester is having none of it.
Chase shoots in and drives through. joester sprawls well.
Chase slips a straight right by joester.
Nice sprawl there from joester as Chase shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chevy Chase. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chase misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Chase shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as joester sprawls well. joester wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Chase gets slowly back to his feet.
Chevy Chase seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Chase tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but joester paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Chase moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Chase looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? joester is fending him off so far but Chase persists. Nope, joester circles away and we're back to standing.
Chase just misses with a punch to the body.
The fight stays on the outside here - Chase looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Chase changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. joester tries to avoid it but Chase manages to keep hold of a leg and drag joester to the ground. joester escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Chase is breathing heavily.
joester throws a hook to the side of Chase's head but Chase sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Donk. joester catches Chase right on the button with a cross.
joester sizes up Chase with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
joester throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Oooooh!!! joester has knocked Chase down with a huge combo! joester steps away and waves a wobbly Chase back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Chase is rocked!
It looks like Chevy Chase has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chase avoids a punch combination nicely.
jonathan joester is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
joester steps in with a hook that catches Chase right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! joester follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Chase looks absolutely devastated.
