Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Neto drives through with a takedown into guard.
Roulee is trying to control the position but Neto postures up.

Neto drops back, looking for a kneebar! Roulee looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Roulee looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Roulee!
Roulee tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neto manages to work his way to half guard, despite Roulee's best efforts.
Roulee knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Neto on the ground.

Roulee is looking for a kimura but Neto is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Roulee to get the leverage.
Neto slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Neto has his foot on Roulee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Roulee works his way back into a safe position though.

Neto has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Roulee can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Roulee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Neto has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Roulee has managed to get both his arms back between Neto's legs - danger averted.

Neto is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Roulee rolls with it to try and escape but Neto cranks on the arm and Roulee is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
