Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Eberhart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phillip Ziskie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eberhart comes to the cage accompanied by South Side. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Andrew Eberhart!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 1, fighting out of London, Phillip Ziskie!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eberhart shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Ziskie counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ziskie throws a combination that misses

and Eberhart counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Eberhart is persistently looking for the submission but Ziskie is defending it well.

Eberhart looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Ziskie has picked Eberhart up and slammed him! Eberhart can't keep hold of the triangle and Ziskie manages to pass to side control!

Ziskie has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

That was a close round but I would say that Andrew Eberhart will probably get the nod.

Ziskie rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Eberhart moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ziskie takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Ziskie stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ziskie wants it to stay on the feet.

Ziskie gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Eberhart to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Eberhart is looking to work some ground and pound but Ziskie has wrist control.

Eberhart shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ziskie's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Eberhart drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Ziskie dives on top into guard.

Ziskie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Eberhart has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ziskie has managed to get both his arms back between Eberhart's legs - danger averted.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Eberhart, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
