Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jonas Galdikas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dom Holch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galdikas tries to score a power double leg takedown but Holch sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Galdikas somewhat.
Holch fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Galdikas throws a hook but Holch blocks it.
Holch throws a looping overhand right but Galdikas ducks down to avoid it.
Holch gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Jonas Galdikas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big left from Holch misses.

Galdikas closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Holch did well to prevent Galdikas getting side control.
Galdikas frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Galdikas throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Holch holds on to Galdikas around his waist, trying desperately to prevent any attacks.
Galdikas unloads with some shots from mount but Holch bucks and avoids them well.

Holch is desperately trying to improve his position but Galdikas has a good base and remains in mount.
Galdikas looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Holch wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Galdikas.
Holch is in a horrible position here. Galdikas smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

It looks like Dom Holch has been cut.

Holch tries to hold on but Galdikas postures up.
Galdikas trying to control but Holch is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Galdikas lands a big shot there that rocks Holch but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Galdikas swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Holch is now in Galdikas's guard. A big mistake from Galdikas there, giving up the dominant position!
Galdikas manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Galdikas wants to finish this one by submission but Holch is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Galdikas.
Holch wants to hold on but Galdikas pushes him away.
Galdikas is landing with some decent strikes but Holch is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
