And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
terror misses with a takedown attempt
and terror takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
terror misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
terror tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
terror tries a head kick but it misses.
terror throws a head kick but Atsushi moves out of range.

Atsushi shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in terror's guard.
Atsushi controls from within his opponent's guard.
terror has momentary wrist control but Atsushi slips an elbow through the middle.
terror tries to land a sweep but no joy.
terror really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Atsushi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
terror is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Atsushi is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Atsushi advances to half guard.

Atsushi working over terror with some ground and pound. terror looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Atsushi looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks terror with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Atsushi works his way into side control.
Atsushi happy to just control the position for now.

Atsushi has an Americana. terror didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Atsushi is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Atsushi hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
