Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Data Base (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soo Chul Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Base's entrance music is HERE WE GOOOOO!. A fine choice. Data Base could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Soo Chul Lee's chin.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Base's waist but Base gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lee off to one side.

and Lee counters with a nice double leg into side control. Base won't be happy with that.

Lee creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Lee really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Base. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lee wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Base, who protects the arm well.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Base manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lee manages to get himself to full guard.

Lee working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Base doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Base manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Base passes to full mount!

Lee throws up some feeble strikes from the bottom. Base smiles and locks on to an arm, pivoting beautifully as he drops to the side for an armbar. Lee tries momentarily to escape but he knows he's done and taps furiously to avoid injury. Confident submission skills displayed there by Base.
