Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Spotted Cow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Shelby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shelby has chosen Amazing as his entrance music. Nate Shelby is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shelby throws out a loose jab but Cow uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cow tries a head kick but it misses.
Cow tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Shelby is able to avoid easily.
Cow thows a body shot but no joy.
A shot to the liver by Cow. Beautiful body shot.
Cow throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Cow catches Shelby with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Cow lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Shelby at a distance.
Cow dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Shelby. That did some damage!
Shelby uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cow.
Shelby wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Shelby takes a jab right on the kisser.
Cow is looking to score with low kicks.
Cow moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Shelby misses the shot to the body.
Sloppy strikes from Shelby. Those never looked like landing.
Cow throws out a powerful jab.
Cow fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Shelby.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Shelby pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Cow back to the cage. Shelby follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Cow throws a low kick but it's checked well by Shelby.
Cow uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Shelby.
Cow throws a shot to the body.
Cow lands a really nice looking cross but Shelby seems unphased.

It looks like Nate Shelby has been cut.
The fighters circle momentarily. Shelby darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Cow paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Cow throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Cow lets loose with a powerful body kick. Shelby will feel that in the morning.
Shelby on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Shelby is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shelby drops his hands momentarily. Cow doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Shelby staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Shelby doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
