Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Adan Noir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Ellis's choice of entrance music: Dude looks like a lady!. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ellis misses with a body shot.

Ellis tries to reverse the position but Noir maintains control.

Ellis drops back looking for a leg! Noir is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Noir manages to kick Ellis off! Ellis jumps back into Noir's guard.

Noir displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ellis throws out the jab.

Noir closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Noir lands in his opponent's guard.

We're going to have a standup here because Adan Noir wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Noir uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ellis.
Ellis looks for the body kick but Noir saw that one coming.
Ellis throws a right and a left that both miss.
Noir shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ellis as he jumps to the side.

and Ellis counters with a stiff right hand.

Ellis swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Ellis drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Noir wants to sweep but no luck.
Noir keeping moving, preventing Ellis from controlling successfully.
Noir wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Noir wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Ellis is now in half guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Noir doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Ellis counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Noir is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Ellis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Noir wants to clinch up but Ellis keeps it at a distance.
Ellis misses with a hook. Noir ducked under it nicely.
Ellis throws a body punch but Noir moves out of range.
Ellis tries to score with a low kick but Noir moves his leg out of the way.
Ellis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Noir takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Ellis shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Noir is trying desperately to improve position.

Noir not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Ellis stands and throws Noir's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Noir sneaks back into half guard.

Ellis is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Noir doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ellis.

Ellis takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well Ellis has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
