Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Criss Angel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Obala Didier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angel lands a lovely overhand right.

Didier drops Angel with a left right combo! Didier follows him down to the ground into side control.

Didier decides to take the fight back to the feet.

and Didier counters with a big uppercut that knocks Angel off his feet! Didier dives into side control looking to finish!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Didier tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Angel tries to bench press Didier off him but Didier keeps the position.

Angel parries the strikes from Didier easily there. Didier is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Angel to escape.

Didier stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Angel.

and Didier connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Didier counters with a three punch combo that has Angel backing up. Angel nods at Didier to acknowledge the strikes.

and Didier counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Angel is breathing heavily.
Angel shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

and Didier counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Angel down! Didier is looking to finish but Angel is intelligently defending himself.
Oh Angel is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Angel knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Didier on the ground.

Didier is pushing down on Angel's leg trying to pass to half guard. Angel is fighting to maintain full guard but Didier has managed to sneak the leg through.
Didier frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Didier sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Didier throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Angel avoids a series of strikes thrown by Didier.
Didier misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Didier has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Poor strikes thrown by Didier there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Angel throws a sloppy head kick and Didier moves out of range easily.
Angel avoids a punch combination nicely.

and Didier counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Angel takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Didier lands a hook that stumbles Angel back into the cage. Didier follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Angel to the canvas! Didier pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Angel has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
