Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Karl James Noons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Ironsides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ironsides avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Ironsides tries to close the distance and clinch up but Noons swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ironsides gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Noons fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ironsides changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Noons fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Ironsides shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Noons defends it nicely.

Ironsides wants the takedown. Noons is fighting it off but Ironsides persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Noons's guard against the cage.

Ironsides throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Noons.
Ironsides closes this distance looking for a takedown but Noons circles away.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round but I would say that Karl James Noons will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Noons jabs Ironsides to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Ironsides throws a head kick but Noons moves out of range.
Noons lands a jab to the nose.

Noons throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Ironsides takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Ironsides shoots in but no luck this time.
Noons feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ironsidess jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Ironsides with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Noons to score with a decent uppercut.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
