Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heister fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Heister is defended easily by Jackson.
Horrible takedown by Heister or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for King Heister. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Heister shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Heister counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Jackson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Heister stacks Jackson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Heister!

Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Heister. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Heister looking to break Jackson's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Jackson remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Heister will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Heister has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
