And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ausrin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ausrin falls off balance throwing a combination
and Slammer counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Ausrin tries a head kick but it misses.
Ausrin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Slammer to counter with a crisp jab.
Slammer on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Jonas Ausrin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick misses from Ausrin.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Ausrin.
Ausrin misses with a wild combination.

Ausrin connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Slammer dodges the punch combination from Ausrin.
Ausrin throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Slammer's head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ausrin swats away the attempt to clinch by Slammer.

and Slammer counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Slammer.

Slammer has Ausrin pressed against the cage, preventing Ausrin from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Ausrin is trying to push Slammer away but Slammer has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Ausrin avoids the elbow strike from Slammer, against the cage.
Slammer gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Ausrin tries to break free but Slammer pushes him back against the cage.
