The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calabria looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Calabria jabs Kamphius right on the nose. Kamphius blinks but takes it well.
Kamphius takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kamphius.
Kamphius shoots in looking for a takedown but Calabria manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kamphius's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Calabria jabs at Kamphius's body.
Calabria darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Calabria thuds his right hand into Kamphius's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The crowd cheers as Calabria lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kamphius doesn't seem phased though.
Kamphius goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Kamphius fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Patrick Calabria has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fabricio Kamphius.
Kamphius on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Kamphius shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Calabria pinned against the cage. Calabria gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kamphius takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Calabria fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Calabria lands a jab-cross combination.
Calabria fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Kamphius takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Calabria jabs Kamphius to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Kamphius gets cracked there but stands up to it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Calabria lands a nice hook to Kamphius's body. Kamphius takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
A jab from Calabria does it's job there.

Calabria drops Kamphius with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kamphius looks back up at him and smiles so Calabria waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Kamphius is rocked!
Kamphius walks straight into a right hand from Calabria - that's dropped him! Calabria jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Kamphius from any more punishment! Kamphius complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
