The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esau lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Esau attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Esau does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Esau falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling Campbell to counter with a crisp jab.
Esau throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Campbell counters with a straight right hand.

Campbell misses with a low kick.

and Campbell counters with a nice right hand that sends Esau toppling to the canvas! Esau scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Campbell finish him?!

and Esau counters with an outside leg kick.
Esau throws a leg kick but Campbell sees it coming and moves out of range.
Campbell throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Esau.
Esau misses with a few strikes there.
Campbell takes a swing at Esau's ribcage but misses.
Campbell fails to land with a series of punches.
Esau swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Campbell counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A low kick from Esau misses
and Campbell counters with a nice body shot.

and Campbell counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Esau thinking.
Esau looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Campbell lands a big right hook! Esau looks hurt but is still standing! Campbell lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Esau falls down and Campbell dives in with a huge hammer fist! Esau's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Campbell runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
