With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jim Saliva!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Crusher misses with an uppercut
and Saliva counters with a nice uppercut.
The Crusher shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Saliva counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The Crusher pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
The fighters circling - The Crusher throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Saliva misses with an uppercut. The Crusher saw that one coming.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Saliva lands a right hook to the body.
The Crusher takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

The Crusher fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Saliva manages to avoid it.

and Saliva counters with a left and a right that stings The Crusher.

Saliva stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

The Crusher moves forwards but Saliva connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Carl The Crusher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and The Crusher counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Saliva bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of The Crusher's head.

The Crusher throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Saliva's waist but Saliva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing The Crusher off to one side.
Saliva keeps the fight on the outside.
The Crusher takes a swing at Saliva's ribcage but misses.
The Crusher jabbing away but nothing is landing.
The Crusher fails with the takedown.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The Crusher throws a right and a left that Saliva avoids nicely.
Saliva displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from The Crusher.

Jim Saliva showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The Crusher looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

and Saliva counters with an outside leg kick.

Saliva cracks The Crusher with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Saliva tests The Crusher's chin there with a solid looking shot.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for The Crusher. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Saliva throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Saliva throws a leg kick but The Crusher moved away.

Saliva swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Saliva in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

and The Crusher counters with a nice double leg into side control. Saliva won't be happy with that.
The Crusher tries to move to full mount but Saliva actually manages to regain half guard.

Saliva makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Saliva misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Saliva looks to land a right hand but The Crusher moved out of range.
Carl The Crusher is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Saliva throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Jim Saliva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Saliva winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
