Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gerald Walloway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cay Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter has chosen Stronger as his entrance music. Cay Hunter will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Hunter.

Hunter throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Walloway tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hunter is in Walloway's guard.

Hunter shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Walloway eats them both and turns towards Hunter to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Walloway's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Walloway throws a sloppy head kick
and Hunter makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Walloway crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hunter - the referee stops the clock and Walloway gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hunter. Walloway manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Well Hunter has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
