Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Klein East (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randjob Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). East comes to the cage accompanied by Cold as Ice- M.O.P.. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 6 - 1, fighting out of New York, Klein East!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Randjob Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jonathan Paton and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
East throws an off balance right hand
and Gracie counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
East throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gracie thows a leg kick but East checks it
and East counters with a nice uppercut.
East takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
East throws a right hand that misses
and Gracie counters with a stiff right hand.
East feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Gracie's calf.
East slips a jab from Gracie.

Gracie shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
East is desperately trying to improve his position but Gracie has a good base and remains in mount.

Gracie looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Gracie tries to control but East wriggling away.
East can't escape the position.
East wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Gracie.
East sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

East is working hard here to advance position.
Gracie has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
East has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gracie is working away from the top position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gracie can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as East is looking to escape.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gracie accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Gracie is nestled in close to East, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Randjob Gracie showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

East thows a body shot but no joy.
A solid leg kick lands there for East.
East rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Gracie connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gracie takes a jab right on the kisser.
Gracie changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
East avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Gracie ducks down and throws a hook to the body but East moves away.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from East.
East misses with a hook
and Gracie counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

and Gracie counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
East throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gracie.
Gracie throws a jab when East was well out of range.
East throws a head kick but Gracie moves out of range.
East scores with a nice right hand.
A cross from East lands.
Gracie shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Good leg kick by Gracie there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gracie wants to control the pace but East is squirming around nicely.
