PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chest Montaray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergio Fernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fernandez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kanye West - Amazing (instrumental) Ft. Young Jeezy kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montaray tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fernandez swivels and escapes.
Fernandez looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Montaray misses with a straight left.
Montaray misses with a takedown attempt - Fernandez sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Montaray shoots in looking for a takedown. Fernandez tries to sprawl out of it but Montaray keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fernandez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chest Montaray. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Fernandez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Montaray. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Montaray has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fernandez can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Fernandez has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Montaray to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Fernandez is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Montaray pulls down on the head and he's put Fernandez to sleep! This one is all over!
