The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saint shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Saint doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Ctvrtlik counters with a stiff right hand.

and Saint counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Saint avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Saint with a nice head shot there.
Ctvrtlik wants to get back to his feet but Saint is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Saint throws a big right hand that misses.

Saint content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Ctvrtlik has locked up a guillotine! Ctvrtlik's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Saint is holding on here and Ctvrtlik must be using up a lot of energy. Saint has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Ctvrtlik gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
