Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bang Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Capone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bang Bang has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bang swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Capone counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Capone misses with a takedown
and Bang counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Al Capone has been cut.
Bang misses with a wild body shot.

Capone shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bang napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Capone goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Bang has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Capone but great work by Bang.
Capone is not content to let Bang control the position.

Bang decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Bang throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Capone counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Capone advances to half guard.

Capone wants to get back to his feet.
Bang blocking the ground and pound attempt from Capone.
Bang is looking for a sweep. Capone is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Capone is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Capone is working for a kimura but Bang is defending it quite comfortably.
Bang is trying to control but can't.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Capone is looking for a kimura but Bang is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Capone to get the leverage.
Capone is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Bang reverses the position - he's now on top in Capone's guard.
Bang controls from within his opponent's guard.

Capone looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Capone keeping moving, preventing Bang from controlling successfully.

Capone has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bang can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Capone is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Bang stands up from Capone's guard - Bang perhaps looking for a knockout.
Capone uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bang.
Bang Bang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Capone avoids a kick to the body.
Capone shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bang counters with a right hand to the body.
Capone gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Bang counters with a straight right hand.
Bang Bang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Al Capone.
Bang wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bang moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Capone looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Capone misses with a takedown attempt
and Bang counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Bang misses with a body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Capone uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bang.
Bang tries to clinch but Capone moves out of range.
Good exchange - Bang coming out on top.
Capone with a lazy takedown attempt
and Bang counters with a nice body shot.
Bang jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Bang misses with an uppercut

and Capone counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bang pulls Capone in close to his closed guard and prevents Capone from doing any damage or advancing position.
Capone looking to pass the guard.

Bang is trying to keep Capone in close.

Capone postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bang is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Capone, into his guard.
Bang will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Bang tries to stand but Capone is controlling from the bottom.
Bang trying to control the position from guard on top but Capone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Capone looking for a guillotine here but Bang defends easily.

Bang pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Capone is keeping the position for now.

Bang is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Capone has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Bang is looking to defend but Capone has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bang! Capone pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bang taps out and this one is all over!
