Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Head comes to the cage accompanied by The Gates of Love. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pedro Santos!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos takes a swing at Head's ribcage but misses.

Head looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Head thows a big elbow that misses.

Head postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Santos is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Head, into his guard.
Head keeping moving, preventing Santos from controlling successfully.

Head pushes Santos off and gets back to his feet.
Head lands the left hand.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Santos jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Head walks away with a smile on his face. Santos gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Head counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Head passes into half guard.
Santos is looking for a sweep. Head is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Santos is trying to control but Head manages to pass to mount!

Head is working for a guillotine from mount but Santos frees his head quite easily.

Head has control of Santos's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Santos regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Santos is desperately trying to improve his position but Head has a good base and remains in mount.
Head lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Santos tries to hold on but Head postures up.
Head trying to control but Santos is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Santos keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Head looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Head looking to control but Santos is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Head breaks from Santos's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Santos takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Head has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Santos's face.

Santos is rocked!
Head prevents Santos from getting the reversal.
Santos is still in real trouble! Can Head finish him?
Head lands a big shot to the head and Santos winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
