Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Luigi Marzapane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Huey Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marzapane comes into the arena with Survivor - Eye of the Tiger blaring out of the sound system. Freeman has chosen Scorpions - The Good Die Young as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Freeman shoots in for a takedown but Marzapane shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Freeman is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Marzapane looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Freeman has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Freeman and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
