Strahovski gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and kawozinazaki counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Strahovski slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

kawozinazaki postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Strahovski is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of kawozinazaki, into his guard.
kawozinazaki is pulling down on Strahovski's head. It's preventing any offense from Strahovski, at least for the moment.
Strahovski stands up over kawozinazaki, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Strahovski is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Oh no! Strahovski manages to get his head free but now kawozinazaki has transitioned to an armbar! Strahovski grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from kawozinazaki! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
