Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Salvador Dali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Who (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Who comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Requiem for a tower kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The key to victory for Salvador Dali has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dali swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Who.
Who throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Dali sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dali tries to roll over but Who keeps him under control.
Who is trying to control the action in half guard but Dali is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Who winds up and cracks Dali with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Who stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Dali to get to his feet.
Who tries to bum rush Dali with a series of wild strikes but Dali uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dali throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The crowd cheers as Dali lands an impressive looking overhand right. Who doesn't seem phased though.
Dali misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Who throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Who cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Who is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Dali can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Dali tries to reverse the position but Who maintains control.

Dali is in all sorts of trouble here.

Who with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Who unloads with some shots from mount but Dali bucks and avoids them well.

Who wants to finish this one by submission but Dali is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Who.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Who with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dali to score with a decent uppercut.

Dali has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Who can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Dali escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Who gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Dali working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Who doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Who manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Dali looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Who shoots for a takedown but Dali saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Dali throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Who changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dali tries to avoid it but Who manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dali to the ground. Dali escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Salvador Dali has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jay Who.
Dali dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Who lands with a straight right. Dali didn't see that one coming.
Dali avoids the head kick by Who.
Who throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Dali to counter with a crisp jab.
Dali tries to land a front kick but Who steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Who distracts Dali with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
