Engl comes to the cage accompanied by Trafalgar - Requiem for the Last King. Lars is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Ensiferum - Battle Song. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lars defending well as Engl loads up on a big left hand.
Lars throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Engl counters with a stiff right hand.
Engl takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Lars connects with a solid leg kick.
Engl slips a jab and a cross from Lars.
Lars takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lars throws a leg kick but Engl sees it coming and moves out of range.
Engl throws a lazy right hand but Lars sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lars misses with a straight right.
Jab, jab by Engl - just one landing.
Lars scores with a push kick.

Lars looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Engl!
Lars scoring with strikes but Engl is staying in there.
Engl in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.

Lars trying to control but Engl is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lars working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Engl turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Lars off and cradles Engl's limp body as Lars celebrates with his corner.
