Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Joaquim Manuel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tombstone Terry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manuel comes to the cage accompanied by Ole! . Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manuel has his takedown stuffed
and Manuel takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Terry has closed the distance and engaged Manuel in a clinch.
Manuel is working for takedown but Terry is calmly controlling the position for now.
Terry using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Terry creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Manuel's defenses.
Manuel can't get the takedown.

Terry has hold of Manuel's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Manuel manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Terry postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Manuel to stand up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Terry counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Manuel escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Terry gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Manuel throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Terry escapes and throws Manuel's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Tombstone Terry showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Manuel takes a knee right on the jaw!
Terry lands an elbow that stopped Manuel in his tracks for a moment.

It looks like Joaquim Manuel has been cut.
Manuel is working for takedown but Terry is calmly controlling the position for now.

Terry lands a good knee to the midsection. Manuel won't want to take too many of those.

Oh Manuel is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Terry has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Manuel uses from the top position.
Terry wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Manuel manages to pass to side control.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Manuel in particular looking to stall.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Terry tries to roll over but Manuel keeps him under control.
Manuel passes into side control, despite Terry's attempt to control the position.
Terry wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

You can see the frustration on Terry's face as Manuel controls the position.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Manuel thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Manuel laying and praying for a moment but Terry takes advantage and regains half guard.
Joaquim Manuel has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Tombstone Terry is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
