Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ramdom Issa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Jackhammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackhammer has chosen Whats up as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Issa fails with the takedown

Jackhammer shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Issa manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Issa manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jackhammer manages to get himself to full guard.

Issa feints a jab promting Jackhammer to slip. Issa then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jackhammer slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like Tim Jackhammer has been cut.
Issa closes the distance but Jackhammer moves to the side

and Jackhammer counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Issa!

Issa is trying desperately to improve position.
Issa is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Jackhammer prevents Issa from getting the reversal.
Jackhammer takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Jackhammer really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Issa.

and Jackhammer decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Issa's guard.
Issa is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Issa throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jackhammer slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Issa is looking for a triangle but Jackhammer pushes his legs off easily.

Issa will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Tim Jackhammer hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Jackhammer is working for takedown but Issa is calmly controlling the position for now.

Jackhammer takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Issa prevents the takedown attempt.
Issa is looking to break free of the clinch but Jackhammer has double underhooks.
