Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Cowlam decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Daley's guard.

Cowlam is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Daley is surviving well by controlling Cowlam's body position as best he can.

Jamie Cowlam showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Cowlam has control of Daley's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Daley regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Daley takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Cowlam is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Daley can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Cowlam cracks Daley with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Cowlam really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Daley. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cowlam has hold of Daley's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Daley manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Jamie Cowlam comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Cowlam has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
