Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Lundin.
Lundin stuffs the takedown attempt from David. David gets slowly back to his feet.

David forces Lundin back against the cage and clinches.
A head punch on the inside from David fails to land.
Lundin is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
David stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
David wants a takedown but no success here.
Lundin misses with a punch on the inside.

David tries to stall but Lundin uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Lundin has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. David avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Lundin is fighting off a takedown attempt but David is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Lundin to the mat. Lundin regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

David postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lundin is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of David, into his guard.

David has his foot on Lundin's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lundin works his way back into a safe position though.

David wants to sweep but no luck.
Lundin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Robert Lundin has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

No joy there for Lundin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Lundin lands a hook that snaps the head of David backwards.

David is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Lundin can't fight it off and eventually David manages to take the fight to the floor. Lundin looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
David chips away with some ground and pound.

Lundin won't allow David to pass to mount.
Lundin is in trouble now - David has advanced to mount!

David moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Lundin has worked his arm free - good work by Lundin!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Lundin is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and David defends well.
David wants to control from the top but Lundin keeps moving.

Lundin pushes David off and scrambles back to his feet.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Lundin lands with a short punch from the clinch.

David wants a takedown.
David has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lundin is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Lundin is breathing heavily.
David drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
David connects with a body shot that sends Lundin's belly button to the back.

David drops back looking for a leg! Lundin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lundin manages to kick David off! David jumps back into Lundin's guard.

David drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lundin manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now David has Lundin in his guard.
David is pulling down on Lundin's head. It's preventing any offense from Lundin, at least for the moment.

David can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lundin controls the pace.
Lundin would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
David controls Lundin momentarily but Lundin frees himself.
David wants to sweep here but Lundin controlling him for the moment.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Robert Lundin hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Lundin lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

David moves into the clinch successfully.
David prevents the takedown attempt.

Lundin wants the takedown. David is fighting it off but Lundin persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in David's guard against the cage.

David might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Lundin wants to stand and escape but David is having none of it.

David drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lundin looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lundin looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lundin!
