The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Dexter coming out on top.
Crabtree Jr takes a shot to the body in his stride.
A nice leg kick lands there from Dexter.
Dexter just misses with a punch to the body.
Crabtree Jr fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Crabtree Jr throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dexter was covering up waiting for the punch and Crabtree Jr finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Crabtree Jr shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Dexter bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
